Version 26.4 gives administrators a clearer view of how the platform is connected to other systems, and gives pricing teams faster, more predictable price grids.

A Central Integration Hub

Integration Hub joins Security Hub and Data Hub as a dedicated area in the settings menu. Custom integration, webhooks, personal API keys, and service accounts now live here, with the same permissions as before. Existing links to those pages continue to open the new locations. The overview brings the health of those connections into one dashboard. Inventory shows current counts for service accounts, webhooks, and custom procedures. API calls over time, API errors, and webhook deliveries follow the selected period. Recent failures open the related service account or webhook, and Quiet connections lists service accounts with no API call in 30 days and webhooks that have gone quiet. Alerts add watches for an API path, a webhook, or an integration log. Each watch shows its latest hour beside the usual volume for that hour, and highlights errors when they appear. A 14-day activity view makes a quiet or failing connection easier to spot. Administrators can keep up to 30 watches.

Smarter Price Grids

Price grid settings can now be set once for the whole company and overridden on an individual grid or template. Company defaults cover adaptive filters, how grid data is loaded, the point at which a column becomes a set filter, and which bulk actions are available. A grid keeps its own choices where they differ, and inherits the rest. Adaptive filters narrow the values in a set filter to what is still possible after the other active filters. When a filter leaves only a small number of rows, the remaining text filters become set filters, so the next choice is a list rather than a free-text search. Grid data handling can stay automatic, or be set to server side or client side, so very large grids can stay paged and filtered on the server while smaller ones still load in the browser. While a grid is opening or refreshing, the loading state names the work in progress, including structure, columns, settings, row count, and refresh status. From a grid’s Actions menu, Save Filters as Grid turns the filters on the current view into a new grid. Price grid addresses now use the grid’s own code, so links stay short and stable.

Discover New Features as They Arrive

New feature-discovery guides now introduce important controls directly in the UI. When users visit a relevant page, an automatic walkthrough highlights newly available options and briefly explains how to use them. Each guide is shown once per user. Users can complete or dismiss it, and their progress is remembered. Guides can also cover controls supplied by installed plugins, helping new capabilities become discoverable without requiring users to search through release notes or documentation.

Reusable Inline Calculated Columns

Price grids can now use ready-made inline calculated-column templates from the field list. Administrators define and maintain these templates centrally under Calculated Columns, including their formula, caption, and data type. When a template changes, connected grid columns are updated automatically. A grid can still customize the formula; doing so disconnects that column from the template so later template updates no longer overwrite it. This combines reusable setup with the flexibility to adapt an individual grid.

More Flexible and Reliable Sense Processing

Sense can now route AI instructions through multiple service providers, including Azure OpenAI and Mistral. The provider and model can be selected per instruction, giving administrators more flexibility over how different AI tasks are processed. AI requests can also run asynchronously through a prioritized queue. Longer-running Sense, chat, and knowledge-sync operations no longer need to hold the original request open. Rate-limited work is rescheduled automatically, failed work records its error, and completion callbacks continue the relevant workflow. This makes AI-assisted features more resilient when providers are busy or temporarily unavailable.

Plus ... Bug Fixes and General Improvements

This release also includes smaller fixes across price buildup, price-calculation status, role rights, bulk actions, quick search, and Collect’s expired-products list, which now pages through large result sets. Calculated-column editors load their choice lists only when needed, and inline calculated columns can stay linked to a template until the formula is changed. Together these updates improve the stability, speed, and day-to-day use of the platform.
