We’re excited to announce the upcoming release of Version 26.2, arriving in Staging on 21 April 2026 and Production on 12 May 2026.

This release marks an important milestone for the platform, introducing a new release numbering model aligned to year and quarter. Standard releases will now follow a format such as 26.2, while Early Access releases will use numbering such as 26.EA.001. This provides a clearer and more predictable structure for future updates.

Version 26.2 also brings major enhancements across performance, usability, reporting, administration, and pricing workflows.

Faster, Smarter Price Grids & Data Views
Price grids receive one of the biggest upgrades in this release. We’ve introduced server-side processing for live grids, significantly improving speed and scalability when working with larger datasets. Combined with smart refresh support, live data views can now stay more up to date with less manual effort.
To improve usability in selected scenarios, users can now apply row limits to price grids for faster loading and easier navigation. We’ve also added inline calculated columns, making it possible to perform flexible on-screen calculations directly within the grid.
For easier reuse and centralized maintenance, price grids can now be linked to templates. In addition, a new unified framework improves consistency across grids, tables, and detail views, creating a more seamless editing and display experience throughout the platform.

Better Dashboards & Reporting
Reporting becomes more flexible and visual in Version 26.2. We’re introducing the new Data Well chart type, designed to present key values in a compact, list-based widget ideal for dashboards.
The Reports tab has also been enhanced with customizable dashboard layouts, resizable widgets, and support for multiple dashboard views, giving users more control over how insights are displayed and shared.

Easier Pricing Rules & Simulation
A brand-new Setup & Simulation area has been added for pricing rules, making it easier to configure rules and test pricing scenarios before rollout. This creates a smoother workflow for teams working with strategy adjustments and optimization.

Improved Competitor Matching
Competitor matching has been redesigned with a new flow that improves review, filtering, and confirmation processes. We’ve also expanded the matching experience with prioritization filters and updates to manual matching, helping teams work faster and with greater accuracy.

Stronger Administration & Settings
Administrators and end users both gain more control in this release. Users can now remove individual saved view settings instead of clearing all preferences at once.
Authentication controls have also been enhanced, allowing administrators to define permitted login methods per user. In addition, the settings area has been rebuilt with a more consistent editing experience.

Faster Object Management
Working with objects is now quicker and more intuitive. Users can directly edit fields within the object details side panel, reducing clicks and speeding up updates. Clickable process references have also been added to object overviews for easier navigation to related records.

Plus ... Bug Fixes and General Improvements
As always, this release includes numerous smaller fixes and behind-the-scenes enhancements that improve the stability, speed, and overall user experience of the platform. These updates may not be visible, but they play a crucial role in keeping everything running reliably and securely.

Rollout Schedule:

Staging environments: 21 April 2026
Production environments: 12 May 2026

We look forward to seeing how these updates help you work faster, smarter, and with greater confidence. Stay tuned — and happy pricing!
